This place offers high-quality accommodation, efficient service at the front desk and during breakfast, comfortable rooms, a fantastic location near the Museum, and stunning views.

The hotel was in a good position for walking around town. The rooms were excellent and worth the visit.

The breakfast was delicious and savoury with jam, cheeses, fresh fruit, perfect to start our day.

This place is a fantastic spot to stay for two nights with exceptionally friendly staff providing great service at the front desk and during breakfast, in a perfect location close to restaurants and shops in a charming neighborhood.

I did not want to leave, spent just perfect time and can recommend. The hotel was fully equipped, fairly clean and with exclusive atmosphere, I greatly enjoyed the excellent location close to the Metro. Brand-new and well decorated room with breakfast, the staff was top-class!

Locations is perfect all the best of Athens within a 10 min walk. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and have a nice little kitchenette that is functional enough for breakfast. Mini market up the street for basics. Small hotel with fewer than 20 rooms. If you rent a car (not necessary or recommended) there is no parking.

Showers a little small

The customer service was outstanding, with friendly and knowledgeable staff, and the suite was fantastic with a comfortable bed and a luxurious marble bathroom.

Really enjoyed the big bed in my suite.

We were given a free upgrade to a quiet suite with a beautiful balcony and a nice view.

The location here is absolutely perfect and magnificent, very close to great restaurants and things to do, as well as being situated between the Hadrian Arch.

We were very pleased with the both the facilities and the staff at the AVA Hotel Apartments & Suites in Athens. Olga, and in fact every member of staff that we dealt with at the Hotel, was pleasant, informative and accommodating. The facilities were first class and we very much appreciated the offer to be upgraded into the executive suite when it became available for a small increase in costs. We would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for an excellent hotel in an ideal location in Athens.

AVA is a small, discreet hotel, a fact which I appreciate and which was decisive for my booking. It has a very friendly, professional and efficient, multilingual staff. The room was very clean and absolutely quiet, inspite of the excellent central location of the hotel in the middle of the Plaka. The matrasses of the beds are particularly noteworthy as they are very comfortable.

We prepared our own breakfast in the kitchenette or went to a cafe and did not opt for breakfast at the hotel, which is charged extra (at 12 € at current [04/2010] the average price in Athens) and served in a more sober breakfast room.

This place is spotless and of top-notch quality. the staff is great – super efficient and really friendly. Plus, we had free internet and parking nearby. 🌟
